Step 1: log onto www.ShopMerchantSupplies.com

Step 2: click LOGIN NOW

Step 3: for first time visitors, Create a New Account (you only have to do this once; then go directly to LOGIN NOW).

Step 4: Insert the Membership ID: AutoMerchSolGrp (note: field is case sensitive, so be sure to enter exactly as provided)

Step 5: Insert the Membership Password: AutoMerchSolAxces1 (note: field is case sensitive, so be sure to enter exactly as provided)

Step 6: Insert the Merchant ID (this is the number provided by your credit card processor. If you don't know it, just enter your business telephone number).

Step 7: Insert the merchant name (business name, if creating multiple users, the merchant name must match for all users or you will receive an error when creating the account)

Step 8: Insert your first name

Step 9: Insert your last name

Step 10: Insert your email address (once your account is created, this will be used to sign into the store)

Step 11: Insert your password (note: make something up you can easily remember since you'll need it to log on next time. This field is case sensitive, Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain one number, and no character may be repeated twice consecutively)

Step 12: Select the Create Account option.

If successful, your new account has been created and you will automatically be brought to the online store. The next time that you log into the store you can sign into your account using the email address provided and the password that you created.
