Intuit, makers of QuickBooks, is reporting that frudulent emails disguised as being from Intuit or Quckbooks  are being blasted.  The emails ask customers to either download a plug-in, or download some sort of digital certificate.  Be aware that these are fraudulent emails NOT from either QuickBooks or Intuit, and should be deleted immediately.
