Heartland Payment Systems would like to set the record straight by clarifying that this reported breach is at the Penn Station restaurant level and not within the Heartland Payment Systems network. It's unfortunate that our client, Penn Station, is going through this breach, and we are working closely with them to assist in resolving this situation.

lost $5000 and $1700 car damage when two thieves stole and drained our debit cards to account overdrawn status and used up entire balance of FSA account in one day using the Square system. SQ and their names were on my statements as they stole every last penny and transferred to their account. No response from Square Inc.
